This privacy agreement has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and other regulatory acts of Ukrainian legislation governing legal relations related to the collection, processing, storage of personal data, as well as the right of citizens to privacy and the right to expression.
The website “warbirds.com.ua”, taking care of the development of relationships with customers, understanding the importance of ensuring the protection of your personal data, in order to resolve possible contradictions and misunderstandings, has prepared this Privacy Agreement (privacy policy), hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”, and the terms of use of the website warbirds.com.ua, hereinafter referred to as the “site”.
1.1 У даній Політиці конфіденційності використовуються такі терміни:

1.1.4. «Конфіденційність персональних даних» – обов’язкове для дотримання Адміністратором або іншими отримавшими доступ до персональних даних.
1.1.5. «Користувач сайту «warbirds.com.ua»- особа, яка має доступ до Сайту, за допомогою мережі Інтернет і використовує Сайт інтернет-магазину.
1.1.6. «IP-адреса» – унікальна мережева адреса вузла в комп’ютерній мережі, побудованої за протоколом IP.

2.2. The User gives his/her consent to the Site Administration to process the information received, including passport data: 1st, 2nd pages of the passport, residence and tax code.
2.3. The User confirms his/her consent that the Website Administration has the right to interact with the User by means of direct contacts through various means of communication, including, but not limited to: postal mail, e-mail, the Internet, etc.
2.4. Personal data permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy includes, but is not limited to, the following information:
2.4.1. the User’s full name and passport data;
2.4.2. he User’s contact phone number;
2.4.3. e-mail address;
2.4.4. delivery address of the Goods;
2.4.5. the User’s place of residence.
3.1. The personal information of the User of the site “warbirds.com.ua” is used for the following purposes:
3.1.1. identification of the User registered on the website, for placing an order and (or) concluding a contract for the sale of goods remotely with the site “warbirds. com.ua”.
3.1.2. providing the User with effective customer support;
3.1.3. preparation of documents for registration of the trailer in the TSC;
3.1.4. communication with the User, including sending notifications, requests and information regarding the use of the Services, the provision of services, as well as processing requests and applications from the User;
3.1.5. improving the quality of the Services, the convenience of their use, developing new Services and services;
3.1.6. providing information about the goods, services sold by warbirds.com.ua, about promotions held by the warbirds.com.ua store, responses to inquiries, as well as the fulfilment of the warbirds.com.ua store’s obligations to consumers of goods (services).
4.1. The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out without any time limit, in any legal way, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such tools.
4.2. The User agrees that the Site Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular, courier services, postal services, telecommunication operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User’s order placed on the Website “warbirds.com.ua”, including the delivery of the Goods.
5.1. The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out without any time limit, in any legal way, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such tools.
5.2. The User agrees that the Site Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular, courier services, postal services, telecommunication operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User’s order placed on the Website “warbirds.com.ua”, including the delivery of the Goods.
6.1. Users have the right to:
6.1.1. find out whether their Personal Data have been stored;
6.1.2. contact the Website Administration to find out their content and origin;
6.1.3. verify their accuracy, or ask to supplement them;
6.1.4. delete, update or correct them;
6.1.5. convert them to a format that ensures anonymity;
6.1.6. block any data stored in violation of the law.
7.1. The web-site “warbirds.com.ua” takes the necessary organisational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unauthorised or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.
7.2. This Privacy Policy applies only to the website “warbirds.com.ua”. If the User follows the links posted on the website “warbirds.com.ua” to the resources of third parties, the website “warbirds.com.ua” is not responsible for his actions.
7.3. The User’s personal data may be used for legal purposes in court or at the stages leading to a possible appeal to the court due to the fact that the site or services were used improperly.
The User is aware that the site administration may be forced to provide personal data at the request of public authorities.
8.1. In addition to the information contained in this privacy policy, the site may provide Users on request with additional and contextual information relating to specific services or to the collection and processing of personal data.

9.2. he new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
9.3. In case of disagreement with any changes made to the Rules, the User must stop using the site, and also demand that the administration of the data site delete his Personal Data.
